تمثلت أهداف البحث الراهن في التعرف على ماهية حروب الجيل الرابع والکشف عن أهم الوسائل المستخدمة في حروب الجيل الرابع. وکذلک التعرف على مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع على الأمن القومي. ومن ثم الکشف عن المسئولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات الدولة في مواجهة حروب الجيل الرابع.
وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (100) مفردة من الذکور والإناث وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن أهداف حروب الجيل الرابع زعزعة الاستقرار وضرب الاقتصاد واستخدام التکنولوجيا في التنظيمات الإرهابية ونشر الشائعـات والتشکيک في الجيش والشرطة والقيادات السياسية.
Abstract
The goals of the current research are to know what is the fourth generation wars and to discover the most important means used in the fourth generation wars. As well as identifying the risks of fourth-generation wars on national security. And then reveal the social responsibility of state institutions in the face of the fourth generation wars.
The study was applied to a sample of (100) single male and female, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The goals of the wars of the fourth generation are destabilization, striking the economy, using technology in terrorist organizations, spreading rumors, and questioning the army, police, and political leaders.
