التحليل السوسيوأيکولوجى لتوزيع مرض الفشل الکلوى بمحافظة الدقهلية " دراسة ميدانية على وحدة الغسيل الکلوى بمستشفى بلقاس "

     إن الحالة الصحية للإنسان لا يکون لها أى قيمة أو مغزى إلا إذا تم التعبير عن بيئة الإنسان البشرية ، أي محيطه الاجتماعي والثقافي ، فللبيئة آثارا" قد تکون سوية أو غير سوية فيما تطبعه على حياة الأفراد ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتکشف دور العوامل الأيکولوجية في الأصابة بالفشل الکلوى المزمن فالأتجاه الأيکولوجي في دراسة الصحة والمرض يهتم بموضوع الوجود في بيئات معينة على مستويات الصحة العامة واحتمال الأصابة بالمرض ويدرس أثر الوجود في بيئات ثقافية واجتماعية معينة على الصحة والمرض وترکز الدراسة على اثر البيئة في الاصابة بمرض الفشل الکلوى ليس هذا فقط بل اتجاه المرضى للمرض واثر البيئة في ذلک.
ويأتي هذا البحث لمحاولة التعرف على الخريطة الاجتماعية لانتشار مرض الفشل الکلوى المزمن بمجتمع الدراسة ، والکشف عن تأثير العوامل الأيکولوجية- الطبيعية والثقافية والاجتماعية- في المرض والذي يعانى منه المجتمع المصرى في الأعوام الأخيرة وخاصة وهو من الأمراض التي ترتبط ارتباطا" وثيقا" بالعوامل الأيکولوجية باعتبار مجتمع الدراسة صورة مصغرة للمجتمع المصرى ، وذلک بالتطبيق علي مرکز ومدينة بلقاس "وحدة الغسيل الکلوى بمستشفى بلقاس المرکزى نموذجا  "
أما عن الإجراءات المنهجية فقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى ,کما اعتمدت الدراسة على طريقة المسح الاجتماعي الشامل، وذلک بحصر جميع تذاکر مرضى الفشل الکلوى بوحدة الغسيل الکلوى بمستشفى بلقاس لعام  2019  وتمثل (179حالة) ,أما عن أدوات جمع البيانات فقد حاولت الباحثة استخدام أکثر من أداة للحصول على المادة الإمبيريقية لموضوع الدراسة حيث استخدمت الباحثة دراسة الحالة باعتبار أن المريض هو وحده الحالة حيث استعانت بدراسة الحالة عن طريق المقابلة ،وذلک بإجراء مقابلات فردية متعمقة مع المرضى للوصول لتفسير العلاقة بين المرض وظهوره بمنطقة البحث ، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على المقابلات الجماعية والفردية للمرضى بالمستشفى بالأضافة للأطباء، وذلک لتحليل هذه البيانات تحليلا دقيقا ومعرفة أسباب کل مرض في کل بيئة ورسم صورة خريطة بيئية مرضية للفشل الکلوى عن مرکز ومدينة بلقاس
