الفرق بين مرضي القولون العصبي و الأصحاء في القلق

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق بين مرضى القولون العصبي والأصحاء في القلق، والفروق بين الذکور والإناث من مرضى القلق العصبى فى القلق. تکونت عينة الدراسة من (168) فرداً، منهم 87 مريضاً بمتلازمة القولون العصبى (45 ذکراً، 42 أنثى) ومن الأصحاء (40 ذکراً، 41 أنثى)، وقد تأکدت الباحثة من الخصائص السيکومترية لمقاييس الدراسة بأکثر من طريقة. واستخدمت للتحقق من صحة فروض الدراسة اختبار "ت".
أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أنه توجد فروق احصائية دالة بين المرضى والأصحاء في القلق في اتجاه المرضى. کما توجد فروق بين الذکور والإناث المرضى فى اتجاه الإناث. وقد تم تفسير نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الأطر النظرية والدراسات السابقة وقد خرجت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.
This study aims to identify the differences between IBS and healthy patients in anxiety, and the differences between male and female IBS patients in anxiety. The study sample consisted of (168) individuals, including 87 patients with irritable bowel syndrome (45 males, 42 females) and healthy subjects (40 males, 41 females).
The researcher verified the psychometric properties of the study scales in more than one way. To verify the validity of the study's hypotheses, the researcher used the "t" test.
The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between patients and healthy subjects in anxiety towards patients. There are also differences between male and female patients in the direction of females. The results of the study were interpreted in the light of theoretical frameworks and previous studies, and the researcher came up with some recommendations and proposed research.
