النظام الإلکتروني لإدارة الوثائق بالمؤسسة العامة للمناطق الصناعية "مدائن" بسلطنة عمان : نشأته وتطوره ومواصفاته الفنية والوظيفية

تعد الإدارة الإلکترونية مجالاً للولوج إلى عالم فسيح لمؤسسات الأعمال في التفاعل والتواصل خارج حدودها والتکيف مع التوجهات الجديدة للانفتاح . وقد أتاحت التکنولوجيا والمتمثلة بشبکة الاتصالات عبر الإنترنت وما يرافقها من مستلزمات مادية في أن تکون أرض خصبة واسعة للاستخدام والتفاعل مع مواقع وتعاملات الإدارة الالکترونية .
يهدف البحث إلى تأطير فکري ونظري لأبعاد ومفهوم الإدارة الإلکترونية من خلال الترکيز على دور الإدارة الإلکترونية في تحقيق کفاءة وفاعلية الأداء لمؤسسات الأعمال ضمن هـذا الحقـل الجديـد فـي التعـامـلات الإداريـة المختلفة، فضلاً عـن تـأشـير مجالات عمل الإدارة الإلکترونية والجودة الشاملة في الأعمال وبالتالي الخروج بعدد مــن التوصيات التي تصب في ضرورة تبني الإدارة الإلکترونية باعتمــاد الجــودة الشاملة .
E-management is a field for accessing a vast world for business enterprises to interact and communicate outside their borders and adapt to new trends of openness. The technology represented by the Internet communication network and the accompanying material requirements have made it possible to be a wide fertile ground for use and interaction with the electronic administration sites and transactions.
This research provides an intellectual and theoretical framing of the dimensions and concept of electronic management by focusing on the role of electronic management in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of performance for business institutions within this new field in various administrative transactions, as well as indicating the areas of work of electronic management and overall quality in business and thus come up with a number of recommendations that It leads to the need to adopt electronic management by adopting comprehensive quality.
