القوى البشرية بمکتبات المعاهد والمراکز الأجنبية المتخصصة في الدراسات والآثار الشرقية بمصر: دراسة ميدانية

تتناول الدراسة القوى البشرية بمکتبات المعاهد والمراکز الأجنبية المتخصصة في الدراسات والآثار الشرقية بمصر، وقد إعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج المسحي (الوصفي التحليلي) واستخدمت قائمة المراجعة والمقابلات الشخصية واستبيان موجه للقوى البشرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة أن النسبة الأکبر من القوى البشرية يجيدون اللغات الأجنبية، وذلک يرجع لطبيعة مکتبات الدراسة الأجنبية، وجاءت نسبة القوى البشرية الذين يجيدون اللغة العربية النسبة الأقل وتقاربت نسب إجادة الق وى البشرية للغات الأخرى، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتوزيع أعداد القوى البشرية داخل المکتبة الواحدة وفق متطلبات واحتياجات وأعداد المستفيدين منها.
The study deals with the human forces in the libraries of foreign institutes and centers specialized in eastern studies and antiquities in Egypt, and this study relied on the survey method (analytical descriptive) and used the list of reviews and interviews and a questionnaire directed to human forces. The study found that the largest proportion of human forces are fluent in foreign languages due to the nature of foreign study libraries, and the percentage of human forces who are fluent in Arabic came the lowest percentage and the ratios of the proficiency of manpower for other languages, and the study recommended the distribution of numbers of foreign study libraries. Manpower within the same library according to the requirements, needs and numbers of beneficiaries.
