المعوقات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لصناعة الأثاث :المشکلات والتحديات

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة نمط العمالة وخصائصها ودورها في صناعة الأثاث ، والکشف عن انعکاس الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية على صناعة الأثاث بدمياط ، ورصد المعوقات المتعلقة بصناعة الأثاث بدمياط ، وإلقاء الضوء على الأثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لمعوقات صناعة الأثاث بدمياط. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى استمارة الاستبيان على عينة مکونة من (392) من الحرفيين وأصحاب الورش والمصانع داخل مرکز دمياط فقط. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن غالبية أفراد العينة يؤکدون على وجود مواسم يتعرضون فيها إلى رکود يسمى في هذه الحالة بالرکود الموسمي ، کما أسفرت النتائج عن تأثير الأزمة الاقتصادية على صناعة الأثاث بدمياط.
The study aimed to know the pattern of employment, its characteristics and its role in the furniture industry, to reveal the reflection of the global economic crisis on the furniture industry in Damietta, to monitor the obstacles related to the furniture industry in Damietta, and to shed light on the social and economic effects of the obstacles to the furniture industry in Damietta. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method in addition to the questionnaire on a sample of (392) craftsmen and owners of workshops and factories within the Damietta Center only. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the majority of the sample confirms the existence of seasons in which they are exposed to stagnation called in this case seasonal stagnation, and the results also resulted in the impact of the economic crisis on the furniture industry in Damietta.
