The Egyptian countryside is a sweet spot for oneself - in its current state it represents a point of attraction for onlookers, and the issue of advancing it to a level that makes it a balanced element in urban society has become a national issue. Therefore, it has become necessary to give rural development projects a top priority to be with the urban community a homogeneous society that is more capable of more movement, progress, growth and production, and from here it is confirmed that the hard and hard work to accelerate the development of the Egyptian village and bring it to the level of civilization has become a basic necessity of development in all its dimensions. يعد الريف المصري بقعة حبيبة إلي النفس – يمثل بوضعه الحالي نقطة جذب للناظرين، وأصبحت قضية النهوض به إلي المستوي الذي يجعله عنصرا متوازنا في المجتمع الحضري قضية قومية. ولذلک أصبح من الضروري أن تعطي مشاريع التنمية الريفية أولوية قصوي لتکون مع الحضر مجتمعا متجانسا أکثر قدرة علي مزيد من الحرکة والتقدم والنمو والإنتاج، ومن هنا يتأکد أن العمل الجاد والشاق للإسراع بتنمية القرية المصرية والوصول بها إلي المستوي الحضاري أصبح ضرورة أساسية من ضرورات التنمية بکل أبعادها وليس ضرورة عدل فقط.
