المشارکة المجتمعية في التعليم الملامح والمعوقات

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبعاد المشارکة المجتمعية في التعليم ومعوقاتها ، والکشف عن دور مجالس الأمناء داخل المدرسة ، وإلقاء الضوء على وظائف المدرسة ومعرفة آليات التفاعل بينها والمجتمع المحلي ، وأبعاد الجودة في المؤسسات التعليمية بالإضافة إلى وضع الرؤي المستقبلية لتفعيل المشارکة المجتمعية في تجويد العملية التعليمية . واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، واستمارة الاستبيان على عينة مکونة من (215) أولياء الأمور بمجالس الأمناء بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمدينة المنصورة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن غالبية أفراد العينة أشاروا إلى أن أهم معوقات المشارکة المجتمعية في التعليم هي اعتقاد الأسرة بأن المدرسة هي المسؤولة المباشرة في تعليم التلاميذ ، وضيق الوقت .

The study aimed to identify the dimensions of community participation in education and its obstacles, reveal the role of boards of trustees within the school, shed light on the functions of the school and know the mechanisms of interaction between them and the local community, and the dimensions of quality in educational institutions, in addition to setting future visions to activate community participation in improving the educational process. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire on a sample of (215) parents in the boards of trustees of basic education schools in Mansoura. The study reached the most important results, the most important of which is that the majority of the sample members indicated that the most important obstacles to community participation in education are the family's belief that the school is directly responsible for educating students, and the lack of time.
