کان الغزو الفکري والأخلاقي أخطرَ سلاح وجّهه الاستعمار إلى فئات الأمة الإسلامية وأجيالها ؛ فأفسد العقول ، وسلَبَ الأفئدة ، اجتاحَ بسمومه وضبهاته ، وشکوکه وضلالاته قواعد العفائد ، والأسس والمبادى ، التي کانت معلومة من الدين بالضرورة ، فلم تعُد کذلک ، وأصبحت تحتاج إلى إعادة بنإء وتأصيل جديد ، بلغة خطاب ، تقنع الجيل الجديد، بل تستهوي فؤادَه ، وتؤثر فيه وکان الشيخ أحمد البيانوني من أوائل من انتبهوا لذلک الأمر ، فعمل على رد الأمة إلي عقيدتها ودينها من خلال منهج فکري راسخ مستنير يجمع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة ، بين الثبات على الأصول والمرونة في التطبيق. Intellectual and moral invasion was the most dangerous weapon directed by colonialism to the categories and generations of the Islamic nation. So he corrupted the minds, robbed the hearts, swept away with its poisons, its ambiguities, its doubts and misguidances, the rules of belief, the foundations and principles, which were known from the religion by necessity, and are no longer so, and now they need to be reconstructed and a new rooting, in a language of speech, that convinces the new generation, rather it appeals to its heart and influences it. Sheikh Ahmed Al-Bayanouni was one of the first to pay attention to this matter, and he worked to restore thE nation to its faith and religion through a well-established and enlightened intellectual approach that combines authenticity and modernity, between firmness on assets and flexibility in application.
