تناولت الدراسة نظام الأرشفة الإلکتروني المستخدمة بالإدارة الأرشيفية بجامعة المنصورة ودوره فى إدارة نظم المعلومات الإدارية و دوره فى مواکبة تطورات العصر ومواکبة اتجاه الدولة للتحول الرقمى بجميع مؤسساتها (الحکومة الإلکترونية)، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على نظام جامعة المنصورة لحفظ وإدارة المستندات، ومعرفة دوره فى حفظ وتخزين الوثائق حيث يقوم بتصوير المستندات الورقية الخاصة بالملفات الإدارية والمالية ومن ثم ترتيب هذه الصور وتخزينها لإمکانية استعراضها بعد ذلک والبحث فيها وطباعتها إذا لزم الأمر، وقدرته على اتاحة واسترجاع الوثائق، ودوره فى أمن وحماية الوثائق.
This Study handled the electronic archiving system used in the archival administration at Mansoura University and its role in the management of information systems and its role in keeping pace with the developments of the times and keeping pace with the state’s trend of digital transformation in all its institutions (e-government).
The study aims to get acquainted with the Mansoura University system for preserving and managing documents Where he copies paper documents related to administrative and financial files and then arranges and stores these images for the possibility of reviewing, searching and printing them if necessary, and knowing its role in preserving and storing documents, its ability to provide and retrieve documents, and its role in the security and protection of documents.
