الإتــجار بالبـشر : تحـلـيل سسـيولـوجــي

تناولت الدراسة إستعراض لظاهرة الإتجار بالبشر وذلك بالتطرق إلي نبذة تاريخية عنها ، حيث تعتبر ظاهرة تاريخية عاشت في حواشي المجتمعات البشرية وقد مرت تلك الظاهرة بتطورات كثيرة بمختلف أشكالها سواء الرق أم السخرة أم الاسترقاق الجنسي للأطفال والنساء وذلك علي مر العصور إلي أن نصل إلي الرق الحديث الإتجار بالبشر وبالتعرض لظاهرة الإتجار بالبشر في المجتمع المصري بإعتباره يمثل أحد البلدان العربية ونجد أن الإتجار بالبشر في مصر بدأ مؤخرا يجد له حيزا وبعد كشف العديد من عمليات خطف النساء والأطفال للإتجار بهم خلال السنوات الماضية ويتمثل أبرز أنماط وأشكال الإتجار بالبشر
The study dealt with a review of the phenomenon of human trafficking by addressing a historical overview of it, as it is considered a historical phenomenon that lived in the margins of human societies, and this phenomenon has undergone many developments in its various forms, whether slavery, forced labor, or sexual slavery of children and women, throughout the ages until we reach modern slavery (human trafficking), and by addressing the phenomenon of human trafficking in Egyptian society as it represents one of the Arab countries, we find that human trafficking in Egypt has recently begun to find space after many kidnappings of women and children were exposed for trafficking during the past years, and the most prominent patterns and forms of human trafficking are: Exploitation sexual relations, underage marriage, adoption,forced labor, and trafficking in human organs ” It is a complex societal phenomenon whose emergence and spread are intertwined with many social and cultural factors in society
