تحليل الخطاب السياسى للمشكلات الاجتماعية للشباب فى المجتمع المصرى دراسة ميدانية

الملخص:
استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة الخطاب السياسي المصرى، وأهم المشكلات الاجتماعية التى تواجه الشباب فى المجتمع المصرى، وكيفية تناول الخطاب السياسى لها، وكيفية تعامل النظام معها، وذلك من خلال تحليل بعض أطروحات الخطاب السياسى المصرى المعاصر (83 خطاباً سياسياً للرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي). ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى وأداتى تحليل المضمون ودليل المقابلة.
وتوصلت الدراسة التحليلية إلى: أن أكثر المشكلات التى ركز عليها الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي فى خطاباته بمؤتمرات الشباب هى العنف والتطرف والإرهاب بنسبة 27.7%، البطالة بنسبة 19.3%، أزمة المشاركة والتمكين بنسبة 18.1%، الفقر بنسبة 14.5%، الهجرة غير الشرعية بنسبة 12.3%.








The Summary:
This study aimed to identify the nature of the Egyptian political discourse, the most important social problems facing young people in Egyptian society, how the political discourse deals with them, how the system deals with them, through the analysis of some theses Contemporary Egyptian political discourse (83 political speeches by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi). To achieve this, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach and the content analysis and interview guide tools.
The study concluded: The analytical study revealed that the most important problems that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi focused on in his speeches at youth conferences are violence, extremism and terrorism at a rate of 27.7%, unemployment at a rate of 19.3%, the crisis of participation and empowerment at a rate of 18.1%, poverty at a rate of 14.5%, and illegal immigration. by 12.3%.
