العمل التطوعي لدي الشباب دراسة ميدانية

ملخص البحث:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الواقع الفعلي للعمل التطوعي لدى الشباب في المجتمع المصري وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية القائمة على جمع البيانات الميدانية وتحليلها بالاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، من خلال تطبيق استبيان على عينة من شباب المتطوعين بمؤسسات المجتمع المدني بمحافظة الدقهلية، وقد تمكن الباحث من جمع 317 استمارة استبيان صالحة للتحليل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دوافع لدى الشباب للعمل التطوعي كما أن هناك معوقات تحد من مشاركة الشباب كما أكدت الدراسة على تنوع مجالات المشاركة لديهم بالإضافة إلى أن هناك تصورات لدى الشباب نحو العمل التطوعي.

Abstract:

This study aims to identify the actual reality of volunteer work among young people in Egyptian society. this study is considered one of the descriptive studies based on the collection of field data and analysis based on the Social Survey Methodology, through the application of a questionnaire to a sample of young volunteers in civil society institutions in Dakahlia governorate. the researcher was able to collect 317 questionnaire forms valid for analysis. The study found that there are motivations among young people to volunteer, and there are obstacles that limit the participation of young people, and the study stressed the diversity of their areas of participation, in addition to that there are perceptions among young people towards volunteering.
