تُسلّط هذه الدراسة الضوءَ على رمزيّة تشبيه النفس الإنسانيّة الناطقة بلغة الرمز بالطير،وتصوّر هبوطها من العالم العلوي إلى هذه الدنيا ووقوعها أسيرة في ظلمات الأبدان والأجساد الماديّة،على هيئة طائر هبطَ من الأعالي وعلق في شرك الصيادين،فالنفس أو الروح طائر موطنه في الأعالي، في عالم الصفاء والنقاء،عالم قريب من الموطن الأصلي الذي فطرت فيه الأرواح،إلاّ أنَّ هذه الطيور المحلّقة تقعُ أسيرةً في شرك التعلّقات الدنيويّة وتذوق مرارة المصائب والأهوال في عالم غريب عن عالمها وموطنها الأصلي. This study sheds light on the symbolism of likening the human soul, speaking in the language of symbols, to a bird, and depicting its descent from the upper world to this world and its captivity in the darkness of the bodies and material bodies, in the form of a bird that descended from the heights and got stuck in the traps of the hunters. A world of serenity and purity, a world close to the original home in which souls were born, but these flying birds are trapped in worldly attachments and taste the bitterness of calamities and horrors in a world alien to their world and their original home.
