تهدف الدراسة الي التعرف على أبرز الأطر التي تستخدمها القنوات الفضائية المصرية الخاصة في معالجتها لبرامج التنمية المحلية في إطار (رؤية مصر 2030), وقام الباحث بتحليل مضمون ثلاث برامج لثلاث قنوات فضائية مصرية خاصة مختلفة, وجاءت النتائج كالاتي: جاء إطار "الاهتمامات الإنسانية" في المقدمة من حيث الأطر المستخدمة في مناقشة قضايا التنمية المحلية في ظل رؤية مصر 2030, وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البرامج محل الدراسة فيما يتعلق بنوعية الإطار المستخدم لمناقشة برامج التنمية المحلية في إطار رؤية مصر 2030, مجيء "تصريح رسمي" في المرتبة الأولى بمصادر المعلومات المتعلقة بقضايا التنمية المحلية في إطار مصر 2030.

The study aims to identify the most prominent frameworks used by private Egyptian satellite channels in dealing with local development programs within the framework of (Egypt's Vision 2030), and the researcher analyzed the content of three programs for three different private Egyptian satellite channels, as follows The results were as follows: he framework of "humanitarian concerns" came to the fore in terms of the frameworks used in discussing local development issues in the light of Egypt's Vision 2030, there are statistically significant differences between the programs under study with regard to the quality of the framework used to discuss local development programs within the framework of Egypt's Vision 2030, and the "official statement" comes first in sources Information related to local development issues in the framework of Egypt 2030.
