تناقش هذه الدراسة موقف دولة الكويت من قضايا الوطن العربي في عهد حاكم الكويت الشيخ جابر الأحمد الصباح في الفترة من 1977م إلى 2006م.
وإدارة شئون الحكم من خلال المناصب الهامة التي شغلها قبل توليه إمارة الكويت، وكانت الدراسة معنية بالسياسة العربية للشيخ جابر الصباح قبل توليه مقاليد الحكم في دولة الكويت عام 1977م.
وموقف الكويت من تطورات القضية الفلسطينية خلال تلك الفترة، وعلاقة الكويت بمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وغيرها من المنظمات والفصائل الفلسطينية، والصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، ودعم الكويت للدول العربية في ذلك الصراع.
Summary
This study discusses the position of the State of Kuwait on the issues of the Arab world during the era of the ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, in the period from 1977 AD to 2006 AD.
And managing the affairs of governance through the important positions he held before assuming the Emirate of Kuwait, and that chapter of this study was concerned with the Arab policy of Sheikh Jaber Al-Sabah before he assumed the reins of government of the State of Kuwait in 1977 AD.
The Kuwait's position on the developments of the Palestinian issue during that time period, Kuwait's relationship with the Palestine Liberation Organization and other Palestinian organizations and factions, the Arab-Israeli conflict, and Kuwait's support for the Arab countries in that conflict.
