يقدِّم هذا البحث أحد العناصر الرئيسة في التجديد الحضري والنسيج العمراني ألا وهو"المباني"، التي يحدث لها أو هي العامل الأساسي فى عمليات التجديد الحضري ويستكشف بين المباني السكنبة وجودة البيئة التي تؤثر على السكان بمنطقة الدراسة, كما يستتبع دراسة الأنماط العامة للاستخدامات داخل شياخات الحي، ويفنِّد لتلك الاستخدامات ونسبة مساحة كل مبنى والتي تنوعت في مجموعات مختلفة كالاستخدامات البنائية (المبنية)، ونسبة الشوارع بكل نطاق، ثم يبرز لأحد عناصر النسيج والذي يتمثَّل في المناطق المفتوحة والفضاءات ودورها في التشكيل العمراني. This research presents one of the main elements in urban renewal and the urban fabric, which is the "buildings", which occur to them or are the main factor in urban renewal processes. It explores between residential buildings and the quality of the environment that affects the population in the study area, and refutes those uses and the ratio of the area of each building, which varied in different groups such as the constructive uses (built), and the ratio of streets in each scale, and then highlights one of the elements of the fabric, which is represented in the open areas and spaces and their role in urban formation, which helps in urban renewal processes or is one of the most important Aspects of urban renewal.
