في سبتمبر( ايلول الأسود)عام 1970م، شهدت منطقة المشرق العربي تصاعدًا في التوتر بين الأردنيين والفلسطينيين، وتجذرت هذه الأحداث من الاحتقان السياسي والاجتماعي الذي كان يعم منطقة المشرق العربي في ذلك الوقت. بدأ التوتر بين الأطراف المعنية بسبب التوسع الفلسطيني في الأراضي الأردنية وتنفيذ أنشطة عسكرية وسياسية دون الرجوع إلى الحكومة الأردنية.
تصاعدت الأحداث إلى حد الصراع المسلح بين الجيش الأردني والقوات الفلسطينية، والذي أطلق عليه اسم "أيلول الأسود". وفيما يتعلق بالموقف اللبناني، فقد اتخذت الحكومة اللبنانية موقفًا حياديًا تجاه الصراع، ورفضت التدخل المباشر في الأحداث التي تجري في الأردن.

Abstract:
In September (Black Aylwl) of 1970 AD, the Levant region witnessed an escalation of tension between the Jordanians and the Palestinians, and these events were rooted in the political and social tension that prevailed in the Levant region at that time. Tension began between the concerned parties due to the Palestinian expansion in Jordanian territory and the implementation of military and political activities without referring to the Jordanian government.
Events escalated to the extent of the armed conflict between the Jordanian army and the Palestinian forces, which was dubbed "Black September". With regard to the Lebanese position, the Lebanese government has taken a neutral position towards the conflict, and refused direct interference in the events taking place in Jordan.
