Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الكفر وبيان ضوابطه وشروط والتكفير إجمالاً وموانع تكفير المعين، تكمن هذه الأهمية في وجوب الحذر من التكفير والبعد عنه، ؛ فالتكفير حكم شرعي لا يطلق على معين إلا بشروطه الشرعية, وليس لأحد أن يطلق حكم الكفر على معين إلا أن ينظر في أمرين ؛ أحدهما : دلالة الكتاب والسنة على أن هذا القول أو الفعل موجب للكفر أو الفسق، الثاني : انطباق هذا الحكم على القائل المعين أو الفاعل المعين بحيث تتحقق الشروط في حقه وتنتفي الموانع.
This research deals with the subject of disbelief and explains its controls, conditions, and takfir in general, and the impediments to takfir in a particular person. This importance lies in the necessity of being careful of takfir and staying away from it. Takfir is a legal ruling that cannot be applied to a specific person except according to its legal conditions, and no one has the right to apply the ruling of disbelief to a specific person unless he considers two matters: One: The evidence of the Qur’an and Sunnah that this statement or action leads to disbelief or immorality. The second: The application of this ruling to the specific speaker or the specific actor, such that the conditions are met for him and the impediments are absent.
