تسعى الدراسة الراهنة للتعرف على أسباب ظاهرة التسرب الدراسي، ومحاولة وضع استراتيجية متكاملة لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الاستبيان تم تطبيقها على (384) بالمرحلة الإعدادية والثانوية ، وقد اتضح من نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن الأسباب التعليمية تعد أهم أسباب التسرب الدراسي، ومن أهم العوامل التربوية والتعليمية لعملية التسرب الدراسي، تتمثل في العنف المدرسي، يليها كل من غياب الرقابة الكافية وقصور الوعي الثقافي من جانب الأسرة ومجالس الآباء والمعلمين، ثم يليها إدارة المدرسة والهيئة التعليمية، وسوء التوافق المدرسي، وأخيراً المناهج والامتحانات.
The current study seeks to identify the causes of the phenomenon of school dropout, and an attempt to develop an integrated strategy to confront this phenomenon, and in order to achieve these goals, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool was applied to (384) middle and high school students, and it became clear from the results of the field study that the educational reasons The most important causes of school dropout, and one of the most important educational and educational factors for the school dropout process, is school violence, followed by the absence of adequate supervision and lack of cultural awareness on the part of the family and parent-teacher councils, then followed by the school administration and the teaching staff, poor school compatibility, and finally the curricula and exams .
