لقد كان الإنتاج الفكري والثقافي والمعرفي والعلمي والفلسفي للدكتور زقزوق كثيرًا ومتنوعًا ومتعددًا فكتب في تخصصه الرئيس والأصلي والأساسي وهي الفلسفة بشتى فروعها وأقسامها وأنواعها ومجالاتها فكتب في تخصصه الدقيق الفلسفة الحديثة والمعاصرة والفلسفة الإسلامية والتصوف والفلسفة العامة وفلسفة الأخلاق وفلسفة الدين وفلسفة الجمال والمنطق والفلسفة القديمة والوسيطة والفلسفة الأوروبية والفلسفة اليونانية وفي مجال الفكر الإسلامي القديم والحديث والمعاصر والحالي بكل قضاياه ومجالاته المتعددة والمتنوعة والمختلفة وفي مجال الدراسات الإسلامية باعتباره أزهريًا أصيلًا وعالمًا من كبار علماء الأزهر في التفسير وعلومه والحديث والفقه وأصوله والتوحيد والعقيدة وغيرها من فروع الدراسات الإسلامية.

He wrote in his main, original and basic specialty, which is philosophy in its various branches, divisions, types and fields. He wrote in his precise specialty modern and contemporary philosophy, Islamic philosophy, Sufism, general philosophy, moral philosophy, philosophy of religion, philosophy of beauty and logic, ancient and medieval philosophy, and European philosophy. And Greek philosophy and in the field of ancient, modern, contemporary and current Islamic thought with all its many, diverse and different issues and fields and in the field of Islamic studies as he is an authentic Azharite and one of Al-Azhar’s leading scholars in interpretation and its sciences, hadith, jurisprudence and its origins, monotheism, doctrine and other branches of Islamic studies.
