أدرك يحيى بن شرف النووي (ت676ه) قيمة الفتوى ؛ فالْإِفْتَاء عَظِيم الْخطر كَبِير الْموقع كثير الْفضل ؛ ولذلك ما أصدر فتوى قط ، إلا وعلل لها ؛ وهذا كان من وراء اختيار عنوان البحث (تعليلات النووي الصريحة في الجملة الاسمية في كتابه (آداب الفتوى والمفتي والمستفتي) ــ دراسة نحوية دلالية) ؛ مما كان لها الأثر في توجيه الفتوى . ورصد الأثر الدلالي لها داخل سياقها .
وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي ، الذى لا يقف عند مجرد جمع تعليلات النووي الصريحة ، وإنما تعدى ذلك إلى تحليلها ، واستنباط دلالاتها ، واستخلاص النتائج منها .
Yahya bin Sharaf al-Nawawi (d. 676 AH) realized the value of the fatwa. The fatwa is of great danger, great location, and much credit. For this reason, he never issued a fatwa without giving reasons for it. This was behind choosing the title of the research (Al-Nawawi's explicit explanations in the nominal sentence in his book (Ethics of the Fatwa, the Mufti and the Asker) - a semantic grammatical study); Which had an impact in directing the fatwa. And monitor its semantic impact within its context.
The research adopted the descriptive approach, which does not stop at merely collecting al-Nawawi's explicit explanations, but rather goes beyond that to analyzing them, deriving their implications, and drawing conclusions from them.
