في ظل التطور الكبير في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومع تزايد عدد المستخدمين لها أصبحت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي تأتي في مقدمة الوسائل التكنولوجية المفضلة لدى الفرد لقد استطاعت هذه الشبكات أن تلعب دوراً جوهرياً في مجال النهوض بالمرأة والمفاهيم المتعلقة بقضاياها (كالمشاركة السياسية -والاجتماعية -والاقتصادية -والرعاية -والأمومة -واختيار الزوج-والإرث-والسلامة الجسمانية-والتعليم-وإبداء الرأي) . ومن هنا فقد أدت المرأة العراقية دوراً ملحوظاً في التحرك نحو التقدم وبجهود ذاتية للحصول على الحقوق، وضرورة تبوئها موقعاً متقدماً في عملية التحول من الديكتاتورية إلى الديمقراطية .
Summary
In light of the great development in information technology, and with the increasing number of its users, social media networks have become at the forefront of the individual’s preferred technological means. These networks have been able to play a fundamental role in the field of women’s advancement and the concepts related to their issues (such as political, social, and economic participation, care, etc.) Motherhood, choosing a spouse, inheritance, physical safety, education, and expressing one’s opinion. Hence, Iraqi women have played a notable role in moving towards progress through personal efforts to obtain rights, and the need for them to occupy an advanced position in the process of transition from dictatorship to democracy.
