العصبية القبلية وعلاقتها بارتكاب جرائم العنف في صعيد مصر دراسة ميدانية لبعض ضحايا الجريمة بمدينة قنا

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على العصبية القبلية وعلاقتها بارتكاب جرائم العنف في صعيد مصر وأهم العوامل الفاعلة وأهم الرؤي النظرية ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلية وذلك الى وصف وتحليل وتفسير ظاهرة موضوع الدراسة ، أما عن جمع البيانات فتمثلت في دراسة الحالة لبعض ضحايا الناجمة عن التعصب القبلي بمدينة قنا ، وذلك بستخدام المقابلات المتعمقة مع هؤلاء الضحايا ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهما أن ظاهرة التعصب القبلي من الظواهر القديمة في المجتمعات الانسانية وأن العصبية القبلية تؤدي الى الشقاق والخلاف بين الناس ، كما أن التعصب القبلي يولد البغضاء بين تلك العائلات
Summary of the study in English
This study aimed to identify tribal fanaticism and its relationship to committing violent crimes in Upper Egypt, the most important active factors, and the most important theoretical visions. The study used the descriptive analytical method in order to describe, analyze and explain the phenomenon that is the subject of the study. As for collecting data, it consisted of a case study of some victims resulting from tribal fanaticism. In the city of Qena, using in-depth interviews with these victims, the study reached several results, the most important of which is that the phenomenon of tribal fanaticism is one of the ancient phenomena in human societies and that tribal fanaticism leads to discord and disagreement among people, and that tribal fanaticism generates hatred between those families
