دور السياسات التعليمية في مواجهة مشكلات التعليم قبل الجامعي بالكويت دراسة ميدانية في مدينة الكويت

تسعى الدراسة الراهنة إلى التعرف على دور السياسات التعليمية للتعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت، ورصد واقع التعليم قبل الجامعي بدولة الكويت، التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه السياسات التعليمية للتعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت، وتقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتطوير وتحسين التعليم قبل الجامعي في الكويت، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي, وأداة الاستبيان تم تطبيقها على عينة من مديري المدراس والمعلمين والأخصائيين بمدارس منطقة العاصمة التعليمية بدولة الكويت يقدر عددها بــ 289 مبحوث، واتضح من نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أهمية السياسات التعليمية للتعليم قبل الجامعي في تحدد العلاقة الحتمية بين التنمية الشاملة للدولة وبين التربية والتعليم
The current study seeks to identify the role of educational policies for pre-university education in the State of Kuwait, monitor the reality of pre-university education in the State of Kuwait, identify the difficulties facing educational policies for pre-university education in the State of Kuwait, and present a future vision for developing and improving pre-university education in Kuwait. In order to achieve these goals, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool was applied to a sample of school principals, teachers, and specialists in schools in the Capital Educational District in the State of Kuwait, estimated at 289 respondents.
