ملخص البحث :
ينطلق الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة من التعرف علي أهمية التعليم الفني في تنمية مهارات الطلاب ، كما تسعي إلي رصد معوقات تفعيل نظام الجدارات ودوره في تنمية مهارات طلاب التعليم الفني بمصر ، والكشف عن المتطلبات التطويرية التي يمكن تحديدها لتفعيل دور الجدارات في تنمية مهارات طلاب التعليم الفني بمصر، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة الاستبيان ، وتم تطبيقها على عينة من الطلاب بمدارس التعليم الفني قوامها (150) مفردة من الذكور والإناث ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج من أهمها أن التعليم الفني في مصر يعد أحد الأدوات الرئيسة لتحقيق برامج التنمية الشاملة ، باعتباره عصب الاقتصاد وقاطرة التنمية .
Research Summary
The main objective of this study stems from identifying the importance of technical education in developing students’ skills. It also seeks to monitor the obstacles to activating the competencies system and its role in developing the skills of technical education students in Egypt, and to reveal the developmental requirements that can be identified to activate the role of competencies in developing the skills of technical education students in Egypt. The study also relied on a questionnaire tool, and it was applied to a sample of students in technical education schools, consisting of (150) males and females. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that technical education in Egypt is one of the main tools for achieving comprehensive development programs, as it is the backbone of the economy.
