الأحياء السكنية المستدامة في دول الخليج ، اتجاه نحو العمران المستدام "دراسة حالة المدينة المستدامة في إمارة دبى"

تناول هذا البحث أحد موضوعات جغرافية العمران ، وهو الأحياء السكنية المستدامة – دراسة حالة المدينة المستدامة في إمارة دبي، حيث تشهد تطوراً عمرانياً وعقارياً كبيراً، ولم يعد التوجه نحو الاستدامة خياراً ، بل أصبح ضرورة لمواكبة هذا التطور. ويهدف البحث إلى تحسين الاستدامة العمرانية والبيئية للمجتمعات السكنية، وذلك من خلال دراسة مؤشرات العمران المستدام و تطبيق معايير الاستدامة المحلية ، فضلاً عن تطبيق أسلوب التحليل العاملى لتحديد المناطق الأنسب للاستدامة و دراسة مستويات جودة الحياة البيئية.
و بينت النتائج أنه من الممكن تحقيق الاستدامة بعد اعتماد بعض المعايير والاقتراحات، كما أظهرت المناطق الأنسب للاستدامة، وتوصلت لتباين مستويات جودة الحياة البيئية على الأحياء السكنية المستدامة.
This research deals with one of the topics of urban geography, which is sustainable residential neighborhoods - a case study of the sustainable city in the Emirate of Dubai, which is witnessing great urban and real estate development, and the trend towards sustainability is no longer an option, but rather a necessity to keep pace with this development. The research aims to improve the urban and environmental sustainability of residential communities, by studying indicators of sustainable urbanism and applying local sustainability standards, as well as applying the factor analysis method to determine the areas most suitable for sustainability and studying levels of environmental quality of life.
The results showed that it is possible to achieve sustainability after adopting some standards and suggestions. They also showed the most suitable sectors for sustainability, and found varying levels of environmental quality of life in sustainable residential neighborhoods.
