بيان أوجه الاتفاق بين الإمامين الماوردي وابن حزم في الخطاب الأخلاقي من خلال التجديد بين الإمامين ,وإحياء ما اندرس من معالم الدين وأحكام الشريعة, وذلك من خلال ما قدما في شتى المجالات الأخلاقية في المجال السياسي والمجال العلمي والمجال الديني والمجال العملي,ثم بيان التأثر بحضارة العصر عند كل من الإمامين ومحاولة علاج هذا الواقع وبيان التواصل الحضاري بين المشرق الإسلامي والمشرق المغرب العربي كذلك ,ثم بيان مصادر الأخلاق عند الإمامين لبيان نظرتهم إلى الأخلاق وبيان تنوع الوافد الثقافي عند كل منهما, والاستفادة من الثقافات المختلفة ,وسهولة الخطاب الأخلاقي عند كل منهما.
Abstract
Explaining the aspects of agreement between the two Imams Al-Mawardi and Ibn Hazm in the ethical discourse through renewal between the two imams, and reviving what was studied in terms of the features of religion and the provisions of Sharia, through what they presented in various ethical fields in the political field, the scientific field, the religious field, and the practical field, then explaining the influence on the civilization of the era. Both imams try to treat this reality and explain the cultural communication between the Islamic East and the Arab Maghreb as well, Then, an explanation of the sources of morality according to the two imams to explain their outlook on morality, and an explanation of the cultural diversity of each of them, the benefit from different cultures, the ease of moral discourse according to each of them
