يتناول البحث القوانين المنظمة لعمل منظمات المجتمع المدني في السعودية 1932/2005م، برصد القوانين والمراسيم الملكية واللوائح الداخلية المتعددة التي تنظم عمل تلك المنظمات في المجتمع السعودي وتحدد الحقوق والواجبات بصورة دقيقة ، وأشارت الدراسة إلي مدي احترام تلك المنظمات لما ورد بهذه القوانين والمراسيم واللوائح والإلتزام بها، ومدي حرص سلطات المملكة علي تطبيق هذه اللوائح والمراسيم والقوانين بدقة وموضوعية دون تمييز، مع إعادة النظر فيها وتعديلها وتحديثها حسب تطور الأوضاع في المملكة حتي تفي بالأهداف الموضوعة لتحقيقها، وحتي تساعد علي حسن الأداء لخدمة المجتمع السعودي

Summary
The research deals with the laws regulating the work of civil society organizations in Saudi Arabia 1932/2005 AD, by monitoring the various laws, royal decrees and internal regulations that regulate the work of these organizations in Saudi society and define rights and duties in a precise manner. The study indicated the extent to which these organizations respected what was stated in these laws, decrees, regulations and commitment. And the extent to which the Kingdom’s various authorities are keen to implement these regulations, decrees and laws accurately and objectively without discrimination, while reviewing, amending and updating them according to the development of the situation in the Kingdom so that they meet the goals set to achieve them, and so that they help in performing well in serving the Saudi society.
