يعد المجال الشرطي من المجالات التي أثبتت فيه المرأة قدرتها على العمل في أصعب الظروف، وأمام الكثير من التحديات، فلم يكن دورها عملا سهلا كما يظن البعض، لكن كان تحديًا كبيرًا تمكنت المئات من الفتيات من التغلب عليه واجتيازه والتغلب على الصعاب والمشاكل التي واجهتم .وعلى الرغم من صعوبة العمل الشرطي وظروفه التي تتعارض في جانب منها مع طبيعة المرأة إلا أنها رغبت في المشاركة في خدمة الوطن وحماية حقوق أفراد من النساء والأطفال، وقد ذلل ذلك العديد من العقبات أمام المرأة وأصبح العمل الشرطي مجال لاستحواذ لإعجاب الكثيرات.

Their role was not an easy job as some think, but it was a great challenge that hundreds of girls were able to overcome and pass and overcome the difficulties and problems they faced. Despite the difficulty of police work and its conditions, which conflict in part with the nature of women, they wanted to participate in serving the homeland and protecting the rights of women and children. This has removed many obstacles for women and police work has become an area of ​​​​admiration for many. This research presents a picture of the role of female police in protecting human rights.
