دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في القطاع الصحي السعودي: دراسة ميدانية

يهدف البحث للتعرف على أهمية برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي وأهدافه، ودور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تحقيق أهداف برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي، ولتحقيق الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي, والاستبيان طبق على (101) أخصائي اجتماعي من منطقة نجران، واتضح من النتائج أهمية برنامج تحول قطاع الرعاية الصحية في زيادة مشاركة المجتمع في البرامج الصحية من خلال الشراكات الفعّالة، وتحسين تجربة المرضى من خلال تطوير الخدمات الصحية ورفع كفاءة الكوادر الطبية، واتضح من النتائج دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تحقيق أهداف برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي، في توفير بيئة داعمة لتسهيل تقبّل العلاج والالتزام بالبرامج الصحية، ودعم المرضى نفسيًا واجتماعيًا خاصةً في حالات الأمراض المُزمنة أو الخطيرة.
The research aims to identify the importance of the health sector transformation program and its objectives, and the role of the social specialist in achieving the objectives of the health sector transformation program. To achieve the objectives, the study relied on the social survey method, and the questionnaire was applied to (101) social specialists from the Najran region. The results showed the importance of the health care sector transformation program in increasing community participation in health programs through effective partnerships, and improving the patient experience by developing health services and raising the efficiency of medical personnel. The results showed the role of the social specialist in achieving the objectives of the health sector transformation program, in providing a supportive environment to facilitate acceptance of treatment and commitment to health programs, and supporting patients psychologically and socially, especially in cases of chronic or serious diseases.
