الوعي كموضوع هو فرحه الفيلسوف وكابوس العالم من السهل جدا توليد جميع انواع الافكار حول الوعي والافكار التي يمكن ان تكون مرتبطة بأفكار اخرى مدعومة بالحجج المنطقية وموضحه بالحكايات المناسبة. الوعي تتشعب ابعاده المعرفيه في مختلف فروع العلم والمعرفه: حيث تتم دراسته في علم النفس وفي علم الاحياء وفي علم الاعصاب وفي مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وفي فلسفه العقل بوجه عام وفي الفلسفه العصبيه بوجه خاص. في هذا البحث نجيب عن سؤال رئيسي هو ما الوعي وما درجاته وما الفرق بين الوعي والوعي بالذات Consciousness as a subject is the philosopher's delight and the scientist's nightmare. It is very easy to generate all kinds of ideas about consciousness and ideas that can be linked to other ideas supported by logical arguments and illustrated by appropriate stories. Consciousness has cognitive dimensions in various branches of science and knowledge: it is studied in psychology, biology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, philosophy of mind in general, and neurophilosophy in particular.
