المستخلص

استهدفت الدراسة كيفية إدارة الأزمات داخل الأسرة للحد من معدلات الطلاق. واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وأداة الاستبيان الألكتروني لعينه قوامها (288) مفردة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وتم تحليل تلك البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها أن أسباب الخلافات الزوجية والأسرية ترجع إلى ضعف التواصل وغياب الحوار وتدخل الأهل والضغوط الاقتصادية، كما حددت أهم أنماط إدارة الخلافات داخل الأسرة استخدام الحوار الهادئ وضبط النفس في التعامل مع الأزمات.

Abstract:
The study aims to explore how crisis management within the family can reduce divorce rates. The study employed the social survey method and used an electronic questionnaire distributed to a sample of (288) individuals via social media platforms. The collected data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).
The study yielded several key findings, the most significant of which indicated that the primary causes of marital and familial conflicts are weak communication, lack of dialogue, interference from extended family members, and economic pressures. The most effective conflict management strategies within the family were identified as the use of calm and constructive dialogue, as well as self-discipline in dealing with crises.
